Services

Congratulations on your engagement!  You’re looking for a celebrant for your special day and you’ve found me – fantastic! The first thing to do is reach out. Email, call, text, whatever works best for you so we can set up a meeting in-person or online. This would be a no obligations opportunity for you to meet me and for us to get to know a little bit more about each other so you can decide whether I am the right celebrant for you.

If you like what you see and hear and you decide that I’m your celebrant, then we can really get into the detail. I’ll make sure we are all agreed on plans, pricing and steps moving forward in writing, so you know exactly what you are paying for and what to expect from me.

The Process

Planning Your Ceremony

  • Let’s meet! Whether it’s over coffee or a video call, our first chat is all about getting to know each other and hearing how you imagine your perfect day.

  • No surprises - I'll provide you with a full proposal with my services and cost detailed for us to discuss and confirm.

  • Wrap-around support – I’m here for you throughout your ceremony planning journey, with guidance, ideas, and a calm voice when needed.

  • Unlimited script edits – We’ll tweak and tailor your ceremony script until it feels just right—no limits, no stress.  What additional traditions might you like to include or readings?

  • Planning meetings – Included, of course! So you feel confident and excited heading into your big moment.

  • Personal vows, made easy – If writing vows and ring exchanges feels daunting, I’ll help you craft words, that are heartfelt, meaningful, and totally you.

  • Rehearsals - doing a run through  is advisable for you and for me. Why? For you to reduce nerves on the day and so you are comfortable with every aspect. For me, so I know when and where everyone will be on your day in your chosen venue. Helps my nerves as my goal is your perfect ceremony!

The Legalities

  • I’ll guide you through all the paperwork and legal requirements, making sure everything is in order for your marriage to be official and stress-free.

  • Go to Births Deaths & Marriages site here and follow the guidelines.  It takes 3 working days to process your application and the licence expires after 3 months.

  • You will receive your paperwork by email. Forward on to me, and I will print the documents out and ready them for signing on your wedding day.  After the signing, I will give you a copy for your records.

  • The other copy I send to Births Deaths & Marriages so they can officially register your marriage.

  • If you have requested and paid for a Marriage Certificate, Births Deaths & Marriages will mail it to you within two weeks of your marriage being registered.
